Mr. Unri Babb is a passionate, creative and innovative researcher with a strong commitment to human development as the catalyst for national and regional success. Along with being the Principal Research Consultant and founder of D.B. Research Services, he is also an IADB Consultant Project Researcher and is managing a number of initiatives being undertaken within the ‘Skills for the future’ project for the Ministry of Education, Technology and Innovation, Barbados. Before taking this assignment, Mr. Babb was the Senior Research Analyst at Systems Consulting Limited and was responsible for managing the data collection, analysis and reporting for all Research projects undertaken by the company.
Mr. Babb holds a MSc. Integration Studies (International Relations and International Trade) as well as an Upper Second Class honors degree in Sociology and Psychology from the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill) where he was also a Tutor in Social Research and Sociology for 7 years. He has also conducted numerous guest lectures in the use of SPSS and Data Analytics.

Mr. Babb has over a decade of research experience and has conducted research in a myriad of areas such as Brand Health and Awareness, customer satisfaction, usage and attitude surveys, service quality, brand loyalty and many others. Mr. Babb has also consulted on research related initiatives for leading organizations across the region and internationally. Some of the organizations he has worked with include but are not limited to, CIBC First Caribbean International Bank, The International Labour Organization, UNDP, UNIFEM, Banks Holdings Limited, First National Bank St. Lucia Ltd, British American Tobacco, Duty Free Caribbean and the Massy Group.
